本案常住人口是一对老年夫妻，子女为了尽孝，购买房屋让两位老人安享晚年。所以在设计的时候，我们更多地考虑到人性化、舒适化和便捷性。在多处设计中都使用比较柔和的手法，尽量营造出现代又不失温柔、奢华又不高冷的感觉。

 

The resident population of this case is two elderly couples. In order to fulfill filial piety, the children bought a house to let the two elderly people enjoy their old age, so in the design, we took humanization, comfort and convenience into consideration. The softer gimlet is used in much place design, build a modern as far as possible do not break gentleness, luxury not high cold feeling.

二楼分布主卧、次卧两个卧室，为客户一家的休息区域。为主卧配备独立的卫生间和步入式衣帽间，满足二老洗漱、换衣的需求。主卫将台盆、淋浴区和马桶分隔成三个区域，方便使用的同时也是做到干湿分离，保证了卫生间的清洁。

The master bedroom is equipped with an independent bathroom and walk-in cloakroom to meet the needs of the elderly for washing and changing clothes. 一楼是生活区域，超大面积会客厅带给人宽阔大气之感。因为考虑到常住人口不多，且是两位老人，饮食较为清淡，相对来说不需要特别多的烹饪功能，也不会产生特别多的油烟，所以采用开放式厨房的设计，将餐厅和厨房连为一体，也是减少空间分割，方便老人行走、进行用餐。

 

The first floor is the living area, and the oversized meeting room gives people a sense of spacious atmosphere. Because consider permanent living population is not much, and it is two old people, food is relatively delicate, do not need particularly much cooking function relatively for, also won't produce particularly much lampblack, use the design of open mode kitchen so, dining-room and kitchen are connected as an organic whole, also be to reduce a space to break up, convenient old people walk, have dinner.

在会客厅的设计上，采用当下现代风格设计中流行的无主灯方案，配合超大的观景落地窗，让室内的光线明亮柔和而不刺眼。色彩搭配上，选择深浅结合的方式，深的是木纹、浅的是大理石和皮质沙发，组合出略带奢华、但又低调内敛的空间氛围。

 

In the design of the living room, the current modern style design is popular without the main light scheme, with the large picture window, so that the indoor light is bright and soft but not dazzling. On colour collocation, the way that chooses depth of union, deep is wood grain, shallow is marble and coriaceous sofa, combination gives slightly luxurious, but low-key inside collect spatial atmosphere.

考虑到常住人口和用餐人数都比较少，所以餐桌我们只选择四人桌，符合客户的日常需求，也便于菜品的摆放和餐桌打理。“L”型的厨房设计，动线流畅、面积宽大，减少发生碰撞的可能性，体现我们秉承的“以人为本”设计理念和对老人的关怀。

Considering the relatively small number of permanent residents and diners, we only choose a table for four people, which meets the daily needs of customers and is also convenient for the display of dishes and table care. "L" model kitchen design, move line is fluent, area is wide, reduce the possibility that produces collision, reflect what we take "with person this" design concept and care to the old person.

次卧是预留给来探望老人的儿女的。因为是年轻人居住，所以在设计上，我们将整体风格定位得更偏向年轻化、浪漫化，暖色系和带有粉色的空间温馨美好，满足年轻人的审美需求。

The second bedroom is reserved for children who come to visit the old man. Because young people live, so in the design, we positioning the overall style more young, romantic, warm colors and pink space warm and beautiful, to meet the aesthetic needs of young people.

主卧我们沿用会客厅的设计思路和配色，仍旧是以暖棕色、深南瓜色和米白、暖灰等颜色搭配组合，并选用比较具有艺术感造型的吊灯，让整个空间在保持属于家的那份温馨前提下又有更多的美感。茶几是为客户夫妻专门准备的，闲暇时在此小坐品茗，聊聊生活，谈谈往事，不失为好去处。

In the master bedroom, we continue to use the design idea and color matching of the meeting room. We still use warm brown, dark pumpkin color, rice white, warm gray and other colors to match and combine, and choose the chandelier with a more artistic sense of shape, so that the whole space has more aesthetic feeling while maintaining the warmth of the home. Tea table is specially prepared for customers and couples, leisure time in this small tea, chat about life, talk about the past, it is a good place to go.

独立的步入式衣帽间面积宽阔，设计较多的柜子并进行多种分区，方便客户在此进行更衣和储存。部分柜体采用玻璃门的设计，通透、有质感。比较高的换鞋凳是出于客户的年龄的考虑，也是人性化设计的体现。

主卫的设计上，三分隔的设计与悬空的柜体能最大限度减少积水的产生，易于打理和保证卫生间的清洁，大面积的梳妆镜大方好看。淋浴间特制防滑设计，增大摩擦力，预防老人洗澡时跌倒。

Shower room special anti - slip design, increase friction, prevent the elderly fall when taking a bath.
